Our first training for team leaders was completed by 30 workers who now hold Lead Worker positions – experienced leaders responsible for their teams.

The training was prepared in cooperation with Safety Crew and Martin Kralovič, focusing on event safety, working with risk situations, and leadership.
Together with Progresso Time, we conducted a workshop on people management, communication, and teamwork.
We also shared our own experience and know‑how from years of working in event organization and staff management – to help our workers become strong, reliable, and responsible team leaders.
During the Grape 2025 festival, we trained 40 organizers in cooperation with Safety Crew.
Training content: crowd management, handling risk situations, proper reactions during unexpected events
The goal was to strengthen the safety and professionalism of our staff at large events.
In cooperation with Production ByHorsky, we prepared technical training for 30 helpers who learned to work with various equipment during venue construction – from fencing, barriers, stages, toilets, and flooring to cables, lights, speakers, and LED panels.
Our technical assistants can therefore help not only with general labor but also with basic technical tasks directly on‑site.
In cooperation with Bašta Pajštún, we prepared and completed a comprehensive training in catering and service, focused on practical skills, a professional approach, and in-depth etiquette knowledge.
The goal of the training is to prepare our workers for both basic and representative catering positions – from service preparation to customer interaction.
